Renters must be at least 22 years old and no older than 70 years.
Is there a required interval between bookings?
Yes — a minimum of 4 hours between bookings is required to allow for proper cleaning and inspection.

Applicable sales tax (approximately 7.38%) and any additional fees are included and itemized before completing your rental purchase.
How many miles are included with the rental?
Each rental includes 300 miles per day. Additional mileage is charged at $0.20 per mile.
What are your standard business hours?
We operate Monday through Saturday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
Pick-ups and returns are generally available between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Times may vary for airport deliveries — please contact us to confirm.
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
Yes, depending on the location and with prior approval.
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees for each?
We primarily offer airport deliveries for a $40 fee.
Other delivery locations may be considered with advanced notice and approval.
Are there any important extra details renters should know?
No smoking is allowed in any vehicle.
Renters are responsible for all tolls, tickets, and additional fees incurred during the rental.

What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?
Additional miles are billed at $0.20 per mile.
What is the cost for an additional driver?
Currently, there is no additional charge for extra drivers.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking (including vaping) is detected.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Not at this time. Renters are responsible for paying all tolls manually or directly through the toll provider.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
We work hard to provide clean, comfortable vehicles. Please return them in the same condition.
Cleaning fees may apply if there is clear neglect or excessive mess. Examples include:
Moderate Cleaning ($50): Mud, sand, or light debris
Heavy Cleaning ($100): Strong odors, stains, or heavy dirt
Severe Cleaning ($150+): Full detailing required due to spills, pet hair, or damage
If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty (inside or out), photos will be taken and a cleaning fee will apply.
🚭 Absolutely NO SMOKING (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.). Please don’t attempt to mask odors with sprays — our team will notice, and a $150–$200 cleaning fee will apply.
